PITSTOP SELECT Club is a loyalty/reward programme operated by NEW BHARATH TYRES LLC. As a member, points will be earned on all purchases at NEW BHARATH TYRES LLC when showing your Membership Card or UAE Mobile Number at the time of purchase. The following terms & conditions relate to the membership, earning and redeeming of points under the programme.

NewBharath Tyres LLC reserves the right to; withdraw or cancel/close any or all of the PITSTOP SELECT CLUB Membership/ Cards issued; refuse to award points; withdraw points; refuse the right to redeem points collected for any breach of these conditions or failure to pay for the purchases, without prior notice or without assigning any reason whatsoever at any point of time at its own discretion.

By using/claiming your PITSTOP SELECT CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD/NUMBER in any of our outlets for the purpose of earning points, you automatically provide acceptance of the programme along with its rules, terms and conditions, which are subject to amendment from time to time.

Your membership of the programme can be revoked or refused if you are involved in any act of fraud, cheating with or without cause, misuse of membership.

Points/ benefits / offers made to you through the programme may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. NewBharath Tyres LLC will not be responsible for any liability arising from such situations.

NewBharath Tyres LLC reserves the right to modify the manner in which points are earned and redeemed, including the number of points earned and the value of these points, and will endeavor to notify you of any changes in advance.

You are responsible for notifying the PITSTOP SELECT CLUB Membership Centre of change in your mobile number (membership ID), contact details, address, etc.

By participating in the programme, you consent to NewBharath Tyres LLC retaining the information provided to NewBharath Tyres LLC about you, including details of any purchases made and the use of this information to offer you products and services that are likely to be of interest.

Any loss of Membership Cards shall be your own responsibility and NewBharath Tyres cannot be held responsible.

The PITSTOP SELECT CLUB Membership cards always remain the property of NewBharath Tyres LLC and you only be the custodian of the same.

Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by you for your car. You may cancel your membership at any time by giving the company a written notice.

A member who has not transacted within a 18 months period will be deemed as ‘Inactive’. No communications will be sent to members with inactive status. To avoid becoming an Inactive Member, ensure that you have at least 1 (One) transaction within a 18 months period.

All points earned under the PITSTOP SELECT CLUB are valid only for 18 months. All unused points over 18 months will expire and shall not be available for redemption.

PITSTOP SELECT CLUB points can be redeemed only against our Services/Labour charges.

Wheel Alignment / Wheel Balancing redeemable on PITSTOP Gold Select & Platinum Select will be only Normal type.

Points once redeemed against a purchase can in no event be re-credited.

Your points balance will/cannot be pooled with the points of any other member at any point of time.

PITSTOP SELECT CLUB points earned will be available for redemption only after 7 days from the transaction date.

PITSTOP SELECT CLUB points cannot be earned in conjunction with any other programmes and co-marketing.

A SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM member at any point of time should have a minimum of 120, 350 and 1000 points respectively in his/her account to be eligible for redemption. The members may choose to redeem the points in full or in part.

Members must show their Membership card and a valid Photo ID for verification at the time of redemption. The name mentioned on the valid ID and our system should match in order to redeem.

PITSTOP SELECT CLUB Points available for redemption cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the value of the purchase is more than the value of the PITSTOP SELECT CLUB points the balance must be paid by the member using a valid payment method.

NewBharath Tyres LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the Terms & Conditions at any point of time at our own discretion and is only valid in the United Arab Emirates.
